When the selected mascot is officially launched at the Chinatown Festival press conference on August 3, 2010, a naming contest will begin for the name of the selected mascot at www.vancouver-chinatown.com . During Chinatown Festival on August 14 and 15, the mascot will come out and meet the community! The Naming Contest will be distributed to festival goers in the form of paper ballots. Voting ends on August 31, and the final name of the mascot will be announced in September.
